URBAN WALK WITH LE RIZE

A choreographic journey that will make you discover the Buers district from a new angle: that of augmented reality!
Thanks to a geolocated application and some accomplices, access a dimension invisible to the naked eye: physical and digital dancers, professionals and residents, intertwine to give a new interpretation of the place.
This shared work features children, adolescents, seniors, people with disabilities. Bodies that are little seen in public space become the dancing guides of this artistic and playful visit.
On April 30 and October 9, as part of Villeurbanne 2022, French capital of culture, dancers will guide the public on choreographic walks, and will add their physical bodies to the intangible bodies of the inhabitants.

La face dansée des Buers is a dance tour of the neighbourhood in augmented reality created with the inhabitants of the neighbourhood as part of an artistic residence system of territory managed by the City of Villeurbanne and co-financed by the City and the DRAC Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.
